A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

I first found yoga in 2023 and the physicality of the practice caught my interest right away! Based in the San Francisco area, my intention as a professional Yoga Instructor is to help students listen to their inner selves and find the courage to step out of their comfort zone.
